1 c. coconut milk
1 c. kale, stems removed
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced and deseeded
1/2 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 c. frozen banana chunks
1-2 tsp. Vietnamese cinnamon
Preparation:
In a blender, combine coconut milk, kale, apple, parsley, banana chunks, and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk if necessary.
