Mooli / Radish paratha
Ingredients
For Stuffing
Mooli/Radish - 1 big
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Red Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Cilantro - 2 tsp chopped
Salt to taste
For Dough
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Water - 1 cup
Oil for making the mooli paratha
Method
Sieve the wheat flour and salt. Add water and knead to soft dough. Cover and keep aside. Peel and grate the radish and squeeze out all the water.
Heat the pan and fry the radish for some time and add the ingredients and fry for sometime until the raw flavour is gone.
Take a lemon sized dough and roll to a small round say 4 inch in diameter and place 2 to 3 teaspoon of fillings in the center and cover and seal the ends and roll again gently to a thick round paratha.
In a hot griddle cook the paratha on both side until golden brown using little oil on both sides. Serve hot with tomato fry or just yogurt and pickle.

Lachha Pudina Paratha (Layered crispy mint pratha)
Layered crispy mint paratha is a mouthwatering Indian recipe. Delicious pudina paratha is an irresistible recipe of mixing the chopped pudina or mint powder into the flour while making the dough. Surprise your friends and relative with this mouthwatering and easy recipe.

Lachha Pudina Paratha
100gms flour
Mint powder
Salt according to taste
Method
Step 1: Mix salt in flour and prepare a soft dough
Step 2: Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into round chapati. Shape them into balls.
Step 3: Sprinkle mint powder on the surface of the chapatti .Again fold it and spread pudina powder. Repeat this process for 7-8 times.
Step 4:Finally roll out into a 6 inch paratha, sprinkle mint powder on the surface.
Step 5: Place the paratha in tandoor . Serve it hot with butter

Ingredients for Paneer Parantha
100 gm Grated Paneer
1 finely chopped Onion
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Small piece of Ginger (grated)
1 or 2 finely chopped green Chilies
Salt, Red Chili powder and Graram masala as per taste
1/2 tsp celery (optional)
Butter / Oil for frying
How to make Stuffed Paneer bread?
Step 1: Make dough out of whole wheat flour, as you would do for any paratha or chapati. Mix all the ingredients in one bowl as parantha stuffing.
Step 2: Make small balls with dough. Flatten each ball a little and put a tbsp of the filling in the centre. Cover the filling by gathering the edges. Press and roll out using little flour into a small round parathas.
Step 3: Cook the paratha on a hot griddle. Using little oil cook until brown spots appear on both sides.
Step 4: Now you can serve it hot with green coriander chutney or raita.

Kothu Parotta
Kothu Parotta
Kothu Parotta a very popular dish in Tamilnadu. Actually it would taste even better when you try from road side parotta stall than the big restaurants. The way the prepare this dish like they throw all the ingredients on a big hot iron griddle and they would mix and mince the parottas by pounding using two heavy iron spatulas. The way he prepares this kothu parotta makes you drool. When ever I visit my sister in Nagercoil she make sure to get this dish almost daily till I stay there. This is such a wonderful dish .
Ingredients:
Frozen kerala parotta - 5
Egg - 2
Finely chopped onion - 1 medium
Finely chopped tomato - 1
Ginger Garlic paste - 1tsp
Green chili - 2 chopped
Pepper Powder - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 5 to 6
Chicken Curry - 1/2 cup (optional)
cilantro
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Microwave the parottas and cut to small pieces and set aside. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the onion and green chilies and saute well .Add ginger garlic paste and mix. Beat two eggs to it and mix until the egg is cooked. Add tomato and curry leaves and give a good mix. Tomato need not be fully cooked. Add salt and pepper powder. Now add the minced parottas. Keep mixing and in between add the chicken curry to it little by little and keep mixing. Garnish with cilantro. Serve hot with onion raita. Enjoy!!
